Quite possibly the best pizza in Smithtown. However, there is little seating room for just sitting down and having a slice, as all but 3 tables are reserved for sit-down service. Otherwise, a nice place to eat.

Been here for years, ate here for years, great family run restaurant, where you get treated as family. From starters to dessert with complimentary wine and huge portions and friendly service. It's our go to for comfort food.

A classic pizzeria restaurant with gilded panache. If it's got cheese and sauce, it's on the menu. A good, crisp Neapolitan slice with the right amount of cheese and red sauce, coupled with a toothsome Sicilian slice, makes for a pizza one-two punch. Finish with a lemon Italian ice and you're in great shape.

One of my go-to places to grab something to eat. great location, neat, and awesome service. A must try!

I have been in Suffolk County for 2 years and I have tried many pizza places out here..this is by far the best pizza out here..One of the best regular slices I have ever had!

I am sitting by myself at a 2 top booth in a busy pizza parlor on a Wednesday night.It's kinetically warm in here. A family style restaurant with a staff that is less than nice but more than indifferent -- like your Great Aunt who doesn't remember ever meeting you, but recognizes your eyes.The pizza is warm, not hot, just right. 2 slices that have crust that is only crispy on the outer most atom.Other people here have ordered big piles of cheese and pasta or large pans of pizza pie.Recommended by my new boss as the best joint for pie on Long Island. I cannot confirm that claim it, but it sets a high bar.

This place is my number one site. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to that place. everytime I feel like having a special lunch, this place comes instantly to my mind. excellent and diverse food and a rich cuisine.trained crew, and nice ambience. In addition to that, the bill is fair. I suggest this place with no doubt.

Well worth the wait on a Saturday night (and there is one). Geat Italian food that makes it seem like it was prepared just for you.

I have to say after many years if going there ,this is the first time i was Disapointed.i ordered 2 orders of rigatoni vodka and one order of baked ravioli.,1 dozen baked clams..the food was delicious but there was hardly any food in tbe tins..it was very skimpy.$67 and hardly any food in the dishes..and 1 roll..

There you can enjoy the authentic and varied Italian pasta.

They have the best Sicilian Pizza that I have ever eaten. But paper plates and plastic cups when ordering a whole pie with waiter/waitress service in the dining room cause me to deduct 1 star.

The food was excellent however no liquor for those who like a drink with there meal. It didn't matter to most of the people. It was packed.

Amazing food. Have been coming here for decades. Even after I moved across the country I still make sure to go when I visit. Baked ziti is killer and hands down the best pizza ever.

Very quick service and the food was excellent. They only offer one red and one white wine, which I thought was odd but maybe that's a thing here? I'm not on Long Island very often but would definitely return.

I love this place for a quiet date night , their fries are soo good recommend! They have change machines for the games but they operate with quarters so you have spare quarters here is a good place to use.

First time visitor with the family. Very good 👍🏼🍝🍝 Definitely recommended and definitely will be going back with the family again. Next time I'll try different foods. The appetizer Mozzarella Balls or whatever they might be called were also very delicious. And it was priced fairly cheaper than I expected. Go give it a try. 👍🏼👍🏼

This spot constantly delivers. They have awesome dishes for affordable pricing, there is no waiting time even when they are loaded.

This was my first time here. I went with a party of 7. Oddly, they had no gluten free options for pasta. This was a first for me. As all restaurants seem to be incorporating one form of pasta into their menus. The waitress was gruff, unfocused at times and absentminded. Seating was tight and the atmosphere was very loud. I was surprised to have received unsweetened ice tea in a bottle served with a plastic cup with ice. But, please note that many people were dining here and eating large portions of food. The smells of Italian cuisine wafting through the restaurant were decadent, just couldn't tell you about how they tasted.

Very good pizza place that does the basics very well. Highly recommend the Buffalo chicken slice as well as the chicken parm hero, ask them to toast the hero, you won't be sorry.

Yum! Try the Sicilian pie! The sauce is sweet and delicious with just the right amount of cheese on top. Unique to Branchinelli's is their dough skins which is an entire pie of garlic goodness! They also sell garlic knots--I would pass on these as they were a little dry and go for the dough skins. Be prepared to wait in a sea of customers even when picking up, it's completely worth it though.

This place is worth a visit. They serve large portions for affordable rates. Consistently well organized and with good character. I highly recommend this place.

Very busy Pizza restaurant. There was a long line waiting for tables when I walked in. Luckily I only got 2 slides of pizza to go so my waiting time was about 5-7 minutes. The pizza cannot be 5 star but it's better than other pizza place. Lots of options to choose. Recommend to call them for a table before you go here if you plan to have a dine-in meal

We went here after reading the reviews and it lived up to the rating. It was busy but we sat down pretty quickly. The food we ordered was great. The chicken parm is one of the best I've had. The service was good.

I've been going here for over twenty years and still love it. I know, fighting words, but the meatballs are better than your mother's. They did some renovating recently that wasn't all that and need to work hard given the volume of guests to keep it tidy, but you don't go there for ambience -- just great food at reasonable prices.

Food is the best and it hasn't changed in all the years that it's open great place I recommended highly and I'm Italian

Great pizza, great salad with fresh mozzarella. Their house salad dressing is second to none, delicious homemade vinegarette. Wait staff is attentive and efficient.

The food quality and service were excellent. I'm knocking a star off for not having an alcohol license (There was a complementary glass of wine available, but who doesn't want a beer with their pizza) and their policy of not allowing customers to sit until everyone in their party is present (I know this has become common practice, but it's still unacceptable to me).

Branchinelli's has been our family favorite for multiple generations. The food is always exceptional and great service everytime we eat in or take out. Their Lasagna is one of the best around.

Very tasty and great variety of pizza. The Pin Wheel was fantastic. Ask for some tomato sauce on the side;) location is great, and the carry out really quick.

Branchinelli's is a staple! It warms my heart to walk in and people at the tables give a shout and a wave hello. The food is always fresh and it's delicious to boot! Will continue to visit this restaurant and reccomend to all! Keep up the delicious food!!
